Vladimir Jovicic - born on October 14, 1973 in Belgrade.

Education:

Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade (1998 - GPA 9.74, top five in class).

Bar exam (May 2000).

Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2006 - GPA 9.43, top three in class).

Other education:

Exchange program of the University of Belgrade and the University of Illinois in Chicago in the field of law and criminology (1997).

Program of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2000).

Harvard School of Management (JFK-Kokalis program course "Leading, Innovating and Negotiating: Critical Strategies for Public Sector Executives - Athens 2010"). 

Professional career:

1997-2001 volunteered and worked in the judiciary and as attorney ("Rajšić and Aleksić" law office);

In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Serbia since 2001;
